DOV-216,303 Free Base exhibits antidepressant effects.(In Vivo):In male Sprague Dawley rats of OBX or Sham surgery, DOV 216,303 (20 mg/kg; i.p.; choronic) increases extracellular concentrations of dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin and significantly increases extracellular baseline serotonin concentrations while DOV-216,303 (20 mg/kg; i.p.; acute) significantly increases dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin levels.
